Privacy notice

This notice covers this website. It does not cover the Kerovento platform itself, which is operated by the partner who implements it for each customer and is governed by that customer's own agreement.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site.

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, country or region, the ERP you use, an optional revenue range, and an optional description of what you are trying to fix. The partner application form asks for your name, company, work email, country or region, the systems you implement, how many manufacturing customers you serve, and a description of your practice.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not build a profile of you. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why we collect it

To respond to you. An enquiry from a prospective customer is passed to the Kerovento partner who covers your region so they can contact you. A partner application is reviewed by the Kerovento team.

Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us, and in taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Who sees it

Enquiries from prospective customers are shared with the authorized partner handling your region, who acts as an independent controller of that information and applies their own privacy practices. Partner applications stay with the Kerovento team. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except a service provider that operates our website or email on our instructions, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and then no longer. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Ask us and we will answer within the period the applicable law allows. If you are unsatisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the effective date above.
